Q Will the Rail Rockit only work on a deck?
A No, the Rail Rockit will fit any square post from 1 1/4” to 1 1/2”.
Q How much weight will a Rail Rockit hold?
A Each set of 2 will hold up to 70 Lbs safely when installed properly.
Q What is the Rail Rockit made of?
A The Rail Rockit is made from Carbon Steel Alloy, powder coated black for long life.
Q What size pickets will the Rail Rockit fit?
A The Rail Rockit is designed to fit 1 1/2” square posts.  Adapters are provided to allow installation on posts ranging in size from 1 1/4” square to 1 1/2” square.
Q What is your return policy?
A We offer a 30 day money back guarantee,  Customer pays shipping charges to return product.  We will refund the purchase price of the product only.
Q Will your brackets damage my deck?
A Rockit brand brackets will not cause any structural damage to your deck. However when installed properly they will create an indentation on both sides of the picket. The damage will be strictly cosmetic in nature, and on wooden pickets will usually reverse itself a short time after the bracket is removed. The cosmetic damage will be permanent on vinyl and composite pickets.
Q How will the product be shipped?
A Federal Express and United States Postal Service.
Q How long will it take to get my order?
A Most orders ship within 2 business days.
Q Can I track my order?
A Yes, when your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number.
Q What are the shipping charges?
A We are currently offering free shipping on all orders over $50.00. Otherwise it's $6.95 per shipping address. Residents of Alaska and Hawaii will be charged $15.95 shipping with free shipping on all orders over $125.00
Q Do you ship overnight?
A We do overnight as well as 2nd day shipping. Select the type of shipping at the time of checkout.
Q What are the Processing charges?
A No, we do not charge a separate processing fee.
Q How much is the tax on my order?
A Sales tax is charged to North Carolina residents only, current rate is 7.75%.
Q Does the pot extender affect the weight carrying ability of the Rail Rockit?
A No.
Q How much weight will the 6” Pot Extender hold?
A Each Pot Extender will hold up to 10 Lbs.
Q Can I sit or stand on the Rail Rockit?
A NO. The Rail Rockit is not designed to support people in any way.
Q Can I use the pot extenders separate from the Rail Rockit?
A No, the custom pot extenders are designed to work in conjunction with the Rail Rockit. We do however offer a separate product called the Pot Rockit which will do just that.
Q Do you offer any other products?
A Yes we also Individual Pot brackets (Pot Rockits), to fit directly on standard pickets. We have the Rockit hangers and Hanger Extenders which work great for bird feeders, light hanging baskets, wind chimes, and other things.
Q Do you have any other colors?
A No,  However some of customers have spray painted their Rail Rockit to match their deck colors.
Q What size pots will the Pot Extenders hold?
A The Pot Extenders are designed to hold a 6” round pot.
